Pride Industries operates as a Wholesaler, Importer and Designer of Quality and Innovative Plumbing and Allied products.

It is the policy of Pride Industries to provide the highest level of service to our customers. This can be achieved through the efficient supply, delivery and technical support of quality products.

To assist us in achieving our goal we maintain compliance with the Quality System ISO 9001:2008. This system sets our operational framework. Internal Quality System Audits, Management Review meetings and Customer Satisfaction feedback provide our tools for ensuring the system remains effective.

All employees throughout the company shall work to our Management System and receive appropriate training.
